Optional — post-analysis
Publish your case to help other owners
After your invoice has been analyzed in the Vault, you can optionally publish a redacted version of your case to the public "Documented Owner Cases" section on the relevant vehicle page. This helps fellow EV owners researching the same vehicle understand real-world service patterns.
Publication is fully optional and fully reversible. We redact all personal and dealer identifiers before publishing, and we may decline to publish a case that cannot be sufficiently anonymized or that falls outside our editorial scope.
✓ What will be published
- Vehicle make, model, year, powertrain
- DTC codes documented on the invoice
- Service work performed and parts replaced
- Repair window, mileage range, dollar range
- Resolution status (owner-updated)
- Editorial findings and methodology notes
✗ What will never be published
- Your name, email, phone, or any personal contact information
- Your dealership name, location, or advisor name
- Your VIN, license plate, or unique invoice number
- Your home address or any geographic identifier
- Exact invoice amounts (we use dollar ranges)
- Any photo with identifying details visible
Terms of publication
By submitting this form you grant EV Risk Index a non-exclusive licence to publish the anonymized version of your case on our website. You retain ownership of all underlying documents. You may withdraw publication at any time by emailing cases@evriskindex.com.
EV Risk Index reserves the right to edit for clarity, redaction completeness, and tone — and to decline publication if the case cannot be sufficiently anonymized or contains content outside our editorial scope. We do not publish cases that name specific employees, allege misconduct, or contain content that could expose us or you to defamation claims.
