Analyze a service invoice

Upload your dealer invoice and any supporting photos or video. Cases stay private and visible only to your account.

Scope & Payment

EV & PHEV only. The analyzer is trained for electric and plug-in hybrid failure patterns. Gas-powered vehicle invoices will be safely stored in your vault but will not be analyzed.

Each source bay below has its own how to capture safely guidance with redaction tips (license plates, VINs, dealer marks, personal info). Image metadata is stripped automatically on our end.

Payment. Analysis is processed securely through Stripe. After saving your case and any uploaded sources, you'll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page. Your case is not analyzed until payment is completed. You'll receive an email receipt from Stripe.

About this analysis. The EV Risk Index Analyzer is an AI-assisted tool designed to help you organize and summarize your service records. It is not a mechanic and cannot diagnose vehicle faults. It is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice or warranty interpretation. Review all AI-generated summaries against your original documents. Always consult a qualified automotive technician for safety concerns.

How to capture safely
  • Blur or crop license plates before uploading.
  • Do not include the dealership exterior, signage, or staff in the frame.
  • Avoid backgrounds that show your home address, house number, or personalized items.
  • Watch for reflections in chrome or glass that may show your face or phone screen.

A clear, well-lit photo of a printed invoice. Use this when you only have paper, not a PDF.

How to capture a readable photo
  • Lay the invoice flat on a non-reflective surface in even light. No bed sheets, no shadows.
  • Hold your camera directly above and parallel to the page — no angle, no tilt.
  • Make sure all four corners are inside the frame and the text is sharp.
  • Crop or blur your name, address, phone number, account number, and VIN before upload.

Diagnostic trouble codes from your OBD-II scanner. We decode them and cross-reference recalls for your exact make, model, and year.

How to get OBD codes
  1. Plug an OBD-II adapter into your car's diagnostic port — usually under the dashboard, near the steering column.
  2. Open a scanner app on your phone. Car Scanner ELM OBD2, Torque Pro, and OBD Auto Doctor all work.
  3. Run a scan. Trouble codes appear in a format like P0A7F, P1AA6, or U0100.
  4. Paste the codes below, or take a screenshot of the scanner's results and drop the screenshot in.
