Refund Policy

Most of EV Risk Index is free. Our paid tools and reports are digital products delivered to you immediately after payment — so all sales are final, with one clear exception: if a paid analysis fails to generate, it is automatically re-run or refunded.
What is free, and what is paid
The core of EV Risk Index — risk ratings, recall coverage, playbooks, owner templates, and safety information — is free to read. Payment applies only to specific workflow tools and reports, such as a Vehicle Purchase Buddy review, an Invoice Analyzer result, or a Used EV Risk Report. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before checkout.
All sales are final
Each paid analysis or report is a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately once payment completes. Because the product is delivered at the moment of purchase, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a product has been generated and delivered to you.
If an analysis fails to generate
If a technical error prevents your paid analysis from being produced, you have not received the product you paid for. In that case the analysis is automatically re-run, or refunded if it cannot be completed. You are not charged for a product that was never delivered.
If your result did not generate, or you believe you were charged without receiving a product, email evriskindex.info@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt from your purchase and we will re-run it or issue a refund.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A receipt is emailed to you by Stripe at the time of purchase. EV Risk Index does not store your card details.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your province, state, or country. Where local law grants you a right that this policy does not, that law applies.
